Lenses

One of the most important tools in an Optometrist’s tool box is the lens they prescribe. Krall Eye Clinic has access to virtually every type of lens and coating available. A few are as follows:

Varilux Progressive (Perfect if you need bifocals).

Crizal (Noted for their anti-reflective coating.)

Transitional (Lenses that darken when you go outside and lighten indoors.)

And then of course there is the Neurolens.

After years of research, Dr. Jeffrey and Dr. Joseph collaborated to patent a lens tailored to meet the needs of headache patients. The Neurolens has been found to be effective for 80% of the patients for whom the lens is prescribed. If you experience chronic headaches, dry eyes and/or eye fatigue, Neurolens may be right for you.

Equally important to the lens your Doctor prescribes is the manner in which it is produced. There are many ways to produce a lens, the best way is via digital surfacing.

Krall Eye Clinic has the only digital surfacing lab in the state of South Dakota. The Doctors and staff of Krall Eye Clinic take pride in producing a lens for you that is of the highest quality possible.
